# TradeReveal

## Who it is for

Active retail traders across stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, forex, and futures who want to log, analyze, and improve their own trading. It is a single-trader personal tool, not a signal service, robo-advisor, or copy-trading platform.

## Free core, forever

No subscription or card required:

- Trade journaling with full detail (symbol, entry/exit, quantity, fees, P&L, notes, tags, strategy, confidence), rich-text journal entries, and voice capture.
- Performance analytics: win rate, profit factor, R-multiple, expectancy, average win/loss, drawdown, trade duration, and P&L over time, with an interactive Trade Explorer.
- Portfolio tracking across manually logged and broker-synced holdings, with a unified NAV-based, time-weighted return.
- A deterministic behavioral-insights card (hold-time asymmetry, win/loss streaks, stop-loss discipline, confidence calibration, post-loss performance) computed from your own trades — these are statistics, not AI.
- IBKR Flex import (Interactive Brokers history) — free on every plan — plus multi-currency reporting and CSV import and export.
- The TradeReveal AI coach, with a limited monthly usage allowance.

- SnapTrade one-click broker sync: connect 35+ brokerages for automatic, read-only position and transaction updates.

## MCP connector (free)

TradeReveal runs a hosted Model Context Protocol server at https://mcp.tradereveal.com. Connect your own trading data to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-capable assistant by pasting the server URL into its connector settings. Access is OAuth 2.1, scoped, and revocable at any time.

## Supported markets and platform

Stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, forex, and futures, with major indices as market context. TradeReveal is a responsive web application; there is no native mobile app.

## Security

Built on Supabase with row-level security, so you only ever access your own data. Broker connections are strictly read-only — the app cannot place, modify, or cancel any trade or order. Broker credentials are encrypted at rest, and MCP access is OAuth-scoped and revocable. Your data is yours and exportable as CSV.
