A. Personal Data You Provide to Us:

  • User-Generated Content: We collect the trading data you input into the Service, including details of your financial trades (symbols, entry/exit prices, quantities, commissions, notes, tags, linked strategies, image attachments), journal entries (text content, tags, image attachments), and strategy definitions. This information is necessary for the core functionality of the Service.
  • Subscription Information: If you subscribe to a premium Service tier, our third-party payment processor (Stripe) will collect and process your payment information. TradeReveal receives subscription status, plan details, and limited payment confirmation details from Stripe but does not directly store or process your full payment card numbers.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., via email to support@tradereveal.com), we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

  • Log and Usage Data: When you use our Service, our servers automatically record information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your interactions.

  • AI Feature Usage and Data Processing: When you use AI-powered features within the Service, such as our AI Co-Pilot, analytics generation, or insight features, you acknowledge and agree that the User-Generated Content you provide (including trade data and journal entries) will be processed by our systems and potentially by third-party AI model providers to generate responses, summaries, insights, and other outputs for your use within the Service. This processing is integral to the functionality of these AI features. By using these features, you consent to this processing of your data for the purpose of providing and improving these AI-driven aspects of the Service.   • OAuth Providers (e.g., Google): If you choose to register or log in using a third-party authentication provider, we receive information from that provider as permitted by them and your privacy settings (typically your email address and name).

  • To process and manage your subscriptions and payments.

  • Legal Compliance and Protection: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We leverage the security infrastructure of our cloud provider, Supabase. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
